Euroclean Ace Vacuum Cleaner
Replacement of PCB plate

I bought a Euroclean Ace Vacuum Cleaner in January. But it stopped working at a sudden in September for which i registered a complaint in Eureka Forbes with complaint no. 9210616874. For this, they took no interest. Later i registered one more complaint under comp. no. 9212626105. This time a technician came and diagnosed the problem. He said that its PCB needs to be replaced and he went away as he didn't have PCB at that time with a promise that he would ask his boss and will call me. After many days, I registered one more complaint with comp no. 84600195 on 03-04. After two days, some lady called me and said that they don't hae PCB plate at that time.

I m in need of services of my product as it saves my time and labour. I really need it urgently but due to the inconviniences caused in services of the company i m unable to use my product. This is last polite request from my side after which i'll have to take a serious action and the company might face challenges in he court.
