Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that one no. document related to my PAN Card, dispatched by NSDL from Express IT COURIER has not been received so far. The details are as follows:
Airway Bill no.2921727233, date of dispatch-15/6
I am rigorously following receipt of documents since 17/6 and all the time I am waiting and telephoning EXPRESS IT Mumbai office regularly. They are so irresponsible and at least twice they have given wrong status stating that “ the said courier will be delivered to me surely on 23/6 . Now today they have informed that the courier is returned. The address is perfectly OK as per records. This type of service is not acceptable at all. How can such type of useless customer service you are rendering?
Totally disgusting.
Now I expect fast /prompt delivery of my important document. Will you be kind enough to look into the matter?
You can understand my feeling when there is no fault of customer
