Delay in Delivery subsequent to Price Drop

Dear Sir,

This is wrt Advanced Receipt No.2015001664 Dt. January 12 from E

Zone Treasure Island, 11 South Tukoganj M.G Road Indore,

The commited date of delivery of the product was scheduled on January

20th. No delivery of the product has been made.

The price of the product on Jan 23 dropped and subsequently the

store offered to delivery the product.

Issues under dispute.

a. Who is responsible for the delay in delivery?

b. Why should I bear for non of my fault even when I have made advance

payment?

c. Why should not the product be returned under dispute to non

delivery and subsequent Price drop?

Hoping for an amicable settlement.
