Extremely bad Service and products

I went to FotoFast Express, S.B.Road, Pune to get a few digital prints, thing that they would give professional prints, they charged more than most of the good studio's in the city, because of the lack of time I went ahead and ordered for the prints. Firstly they said that I would get the Prints within an hour. When I came back after an hour the prints were not yet ready, After waiting for another hour at the studio I finally got the prints. I was shocked and horrified the 55 prints I ordered were all of different sizes with Jagged edges. the dye on the photo paper and the paper was of low quality. what I was amazed was the extremely bad customer service. I called up on their customer service hotline and they said that they would get back to me in an hour, which they did not. Absolutely Pathetic quality and customer service.
