PF, gratuity and bonus not received

I am working in printing press for 4 years11months. my salary is RS.11370.00.They are giving me less amount of gratuity and bonus to me... So I need a clear picture of this amount of gratuity, pf and bonus... plz help me in those amount... if they are not giving those amount what i have to do... whom to contact... what are the eligible rules i can ask...? plz guide me...
