This complaint is in regards to the delay in delivery of the LPG home gas. My distributor is FRIENDS GAS SERVICE, Bharat Nagar, New delhi-25
MY consumer no-F22248, I booked my gas on October 1st and despite visiting the distributor physically, they have not delivered the gas yet. The reason why is because they sell it in black and we all are aware of it but we are waiting on a prophet to come and remove this kinda corruption. Kindly do something about it and warn them to snatch the distributorship.
There is one more thing i would like to bring in your notice, in the past when they delivered the gas it measures lesser than the actual weight of the cylinder with the gas in it. the delivery man will have the weighing machine handy with him and will show me the actual weight with his machine but when i did it with mine, it was 5 kg lesser than i should actually get.
This is what we call corruption, help me to remove the corruption on the basic level.
