REFUND OF PF & CHANGE OF A/C NUMBER

Respected Sir,

I Mr. Amit Gupta applied for PF and bearing PF A/C number MH/48037/58 got a letter from PF office, stating that amount will be credited as per given ICICI account number ie., 001201063601 but due to A/C mismatch cheques has been returned to PF Office, So I am providing you my account details and cheques details mentioned which have been returned to PF office.

CHEQUE NO. 177963, DATED: 30.12. AMOUNT: 7, 262 /-

So kindly process my request as soon as possible.

I spoken to PF office mumbai, they said that till now did not got any sort of request from our end.but i got proof that they recived a letter form company.
