Looking at the number and type of complaints from others, in addition to the problems we faced in last three shipments through Gati.com, we believe, and have recommended them too, that they should change the name to Dheeli.com which is the best looking at their performance.
One wonders why this company is ripping the clients - receiving overseas parcels/shipments - by charging Customs Duty on non-existent products and handing them over their own Receipt instead of official receipt issued by the Customs Department.
One hopes that all clients, who have faced such problems from Gati Ltd., comes together to file appropriate case in the court of law.
