I would like bring your attention that I had a similar experience with regards to the fraud website operating under the name of "giftsnneeds.com". This website claims to provide service of sending gifts/flowers/cake to friends and relatives in India for special occasions. Me and my wife used this website to send a gift to a relative, but they took the money and goods is not delivered till date. When we tried contacting their customer support, nobody answered. No one ever replied the email messages sent to the customer support. I tried contacting the person named "Pritam Roy" under whose name the domain is registered. But he claimed that he don't know about this website.
