I had sent a courier from agra branch for mumbai kalbaidevi road pin 400002 on 23rd of august and on 26th august the status on thier website was showing forwarded to andheri hub then on 27th that is saturday courier did not reach. I tried calling mumbai office and was told that it has been sent to andheri hub, I had called up andheri hub then they said its already sent to fort office, I had called up at fort office also they kept telling that please call after an hour and till 7pm also they said our delivery person has not reached back and they don't have any contact number of his also.its 30th today and till now my consignment has not reached the party I have tried calling all offices again and got a reply that we don't know the concerned person is not there, the reciepent party is pressurising us as the consignment had important documents worth rs.10000.
Please Take Some Action Against The Company.
