we have been your registered subscirbe for all india basis since Feb for our Business development. We now realised that we are cheated by Just Dial as you are not giving any needful business leads from you still today. We have received some leads which were not beneficiary.
We had contacted Mr. Hitesh Chavda and Ms. Mamta in Ahmedabad, for some help and co operation but we are exremely sorry to let yu know that we are toe treated well for our complaints.
We have intimated you and your team about our required keywords, like VALVE MANIFOLD MANUFACTURES. Our company is shown in this keyword only in Ahmedabad and is not shown in any of the major cities. Why??? Have we not paid for this catagory.
inspite of our somany complaints we are not served appropreately. we would like to know that whether you have received any enquiries from whole india or not against our keywords since April 20 to May 20 because in this duration we have not received a single lead from you. If you have received any enquiry then where has it gone? we were informed by your end that thousands of inquiries are received and searched a single day on "JUST DIAL" for Valves Manufacturers. we have not got a single enquiry for valves from you since the begining. How can you cheat us for your sake.
Now finally we are compelled to register a complaint in "Consumer Forum" against Just Dial for Reimbursment of our payment if you are not responding us positively. We can wait for 7 days for your co-operation as now we are mentally dissappointed with you unnecessary and fake promises. Please note that we never need your promises but only your posiitive responses for our development. We are harassed mentally and financially with your cheating attitude.
