Complaint not attend by service dealer Neeru Enterprises (B-1/38, Sec-18, Noida)

Good Afternoon Sir/Mam

I have purchage a Mobile set of Soni Eriscon Model No. f-305 MENo. 358145029711224 form Electroworld Communication Solution on 24-04-09, which is under warrenty.

Now in this mobile display problem occure, and i have submitted my mobile to Neeru Enterprises (B-1/38, sec-18, Noida) service center of Soni Eriscon for repair on 17-08-09.

cuurently they did not repair the fault now a days & also demand for charge, while mobile is under warrenty.

Please solve my problem, soon.
