No Reach to the Customercare Officer on phone

I am a long time customer of HDFC Bank Savings Account. The customercare of this bank is so horrible that one cannot find any option to speak to a customercare officer over phone. Apart from that, despite asking for several times and with repeated reminders, they just do not send me any kind of account statements whatsoever. My e-mail id is updated with them and still I do not get anything of statement sort in my mailbox while I receive alerts like debits and credits on my mailbox.
