I bought CARBON BLACK PIGMENT GRADE from Mr Shailendra. Patel owner of HEMIL INDUSTRIES few days back. He insists to buy minimum 50 kgs with gurantee that his material is best, and better than CABOTand charges three times the market rate of carbon black. He charges Rs-120/kg, while his materials market value is Rs-40/kg-Price of CABOT carbon black is Rs72/kgwhich is 5 times darker in shade and pigment grade carbon. I paid him cash Rs-3600/-against delivery. He did not give me bill and claimed that his material is 700mesh. When I checked the material it was lowest Quality of local carbon black with coarse powder. On complaining him, he came again in rickshaw to deliver me 5 kgs of another grade carbon black, which was very similar and cheap carbon black. After that shailendra patel, started drama for few days to take back the material and finally he denied to take back the material which was packed as it is. Mr shailendar patel's whole way of dealing is of a fraud and unreliable material supplier. I request all th ebusiness people to be careful in dealing with this person, and not to pay him advance or cash without bill.
