I have been using Pureit since last 5 months. I have experienced no filteration twice. Currently the filter is not working and the water is not dripping in the lower box. I have registerd at least 5 complaints with the Pureit service centre. They do not have technician who work on Sundays. I have been following up with them since Saturday 14th May. The call center executive who received my complaint promised me (after much persuation and leting them know how after sales service is very important) that their technician will call me on Sunday after 9 am. However no one bothered to call. After that a technician landed up at my place 4 in the noon on Monday. Obviously no one was home since all of us are working professionals. He refused to come back after 6 in the evening. I registerd 3rd complaint after which, a technician came before informing or calling me that he would come by 6.45. Even then I told him to wait there for 20-25 min within which I would have reached home. However he outrightly refused and informed me very rudely that he cant wait and I can complaint against him to whoever I want. Is this the way to behave with customers? Anyway seems these technicians have the last wordin the company and can afford to behave this way. Even after this when I told the customer support executive he registered only complaint and informed that technician will not wait and he can come only next day. I even spoke to his senior but he said he's helpless. They didnt even have the technician's contact number to take their case.
I bought Pureit because it Hindustan unilever product and was expecting a good aftersales service. But to my surprise they have very bad after sales service and why on earth they cant have technicians working on Sundays or after 8.
I am buying water and spending on it from Sunday if that is not enough these people are treating us consumers like doormats.
Now could any one please help me to tackle this issue?
