Late delivery of domastic gas connectin

I have booked a domestic gas riffil on 12/07. with the dealser of HP Gas M/s.S..A. Todankar & Co. Parel, Mumbai - 400 012. vide Hpgas booking No. 221275. On enquiry i received an email on 27/07 that the refill will be delivered to me within 48 hours. Toady it is 01/08 and i have not been delivered the refill. Let me know the exact reason of delay.
