AT THE TIME OF PLACING ORDER WE ARE SHOWING HIM THE PRODUCT
, MRP, WEIGHT, AND QUNTITY
BUT AT THE TIME OF BILLING HE PUTS WRONG CODE ON THE PALM
IN SPITE OF THAT WE ALWAYS WARN HIM NOT TO REPEAT THE MISTAKE
BUT HE ACCUSED THAT THIS IS NOT HIS AREA AND UNIT
i.e. I AM FROM U2 UNIT NOT FROM PP UNIT
I AM DOING THIS ONLY ON OBLIGATORY BASIS
EVERY TIME HE MADE MISTAKES IN PP ITEMS
WE ARE BEING FORCED TO RETURN THE UNORDERED ITEMS
WE ARE LOOSING OUR BENEFITS AS WELL AS CUSTOMERS
PLS LOOK INTO IT FAVORING THE SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE
