I have ordered a pure it germ kill battery on 05 Jul and subsequently on 06 Jul 11 and my online booking no is 72309 and 72431 respectively. After a gap of 05 days i have inquired about the delivery status to customer care on mobile no 9230500500 and the staff Mr Ranjan has ensured me after clarification that it will be delivered within 48 hrs but till now more than 72 hrs gone and all is in vain. If this is the condition then god knows what will happen in near future. My customer ID is 1930538775 ans RFS no is RFS/589926 as given by your staff.
