Customer Cheating thru incomplete information

Dear Sir,

I tried to recharge my Reliance Mobile P repaid Card with Rs.200/- thru my Hdfc bank account. When I saw recharge vouchers details for other subscribers amount was mentioned but for reliance min. recharge for Rs.10 and max. upto Rs.1000/- was only mentioned. I did the recharge successfully but when sms came on my mobile it showed no increment in my talktime. I enquired with customer care executives and their supervisors for 3 times calling again n again not to talk about the long waiting time but they told me that for Rs.200 they only increase the validity for one month and a talktime of .2 paise. If u recharge with 201 then u get the talktime. Since I am already having validity upto 2016 I failed to understand what kind of increase in validity Reliance is providing by giving me validity for 30 days starting from today though I am having already validity upto 2016 secondly if this was the case they why they h ave not given complete information on internet and when u r choosing refill option then why it is accepting the amount if no top up is given. I ts a pure trick of fooling customers and extracting money from there silly miskates. Really very disappointed.
