Bed's nuts coming out

I have purchased a Queen bed made of particle board in August vide Invoice no.5133, now it has got loosened up and nuts are coming out. I made complain two weeks back and was told that a person will come to my house to mend it, but no one came. Since then almost every alternate day I am making complain and receiving same reply that a person will come to my house to mend it but in vain.

Seeing this kind of response, I will never make any purchase from Home Town.
