Im a hp gas consumer registered with annai meenakshi gas agency chennai in annanagar.they are the only ditributors of hp gas to annnanagar mogappair and villivakam etc, so when i shifted my house to vanagaram i had no option but to continue to use their services.since then the gas cylinder is delivered to me only ten days after i get the sms (that the cylinder will be delivered in 2 days).and im also charged extra for transportation-of course there is no receipt.
when i went in person and complained-i stopped receiving the sms .now it is 25 days since i booked my cylinder there is no sms.
