Dear Sir,
i am very much regret to say that, as a consumer having no- 630241 (six three zero two four one) of HP Gas Registered in our local HPCL SWATI FUEL CENTRE of Gajapatinagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India, it is found regularly delayed delevery of Gas even after 15 days of Booking. Last time i had booked dtd. on 26.02.10 over telephone. Still we were not able to get the gas till today.
we don't understand why this sort of unscheduled irregularities arise? Hope you will understand the emersing need of the consumer.
