Dear sir,
I have booked for gas refilling online on dated 19/12, and my consumer no is 501398. 19/1 onwards i am requesting the agency for cylinder, on 22/1 they told that they will deliver it today. but not delivered. On 24/1 I made an online complaint with HPCL, but even after that I havent received the cylinder till date. But the agency is delivering cylinders booked on 4/1.. All of the agency telephone nos of the agency are always seeing switched off.
This is the way the public service are operating. Even the HPCL is not serious about such things what we have to do?
This has been not a single matter, each and every time the same thing was happening.
