Respected Sir/Madam,
This is to inform u that yesterday (dated 23rd Mar) we were trying to register a complaint for leakage of cylinder, but there was no help from the center of HP Gas (Powai, near Pizza Hutt).
There was 2 officers on duty to whom I approached for help (Mr. Yadav & Mr. Khandagale) but they refused to take the complaint & given unsatisfactory reasons.
This shows negligence of duties from the officer on duty.
These people are least bother about the customer. If anything would have happened to my family due to leakage of gas, who would have been responsible for that??
An emergency no. (9323647918 & 9323695738) has been provided, but they were not working. At the time of emergency, there has to have some solution for the same.
I want to know what kind of service HP Gas provide.
Kindly look into this matter.
