Sir,
I have purchased one IFB sanorita washing machine on July and October month itself is started to giving the complaint of not getting On, after calling the customer service they just come and cleaned the switch panel board and informed me that their servicing is over after that incident hardly one month again this same problem is started. I have given complaint to so many telephone no like customer care, their area manager Vinay, one Sakuthatla etc but no one is attending the complaint). They used to tell good excuse like within a hour it will be done etc, but never do any thing.
(My complaint no to Bangalore call center 5579206 dated on 18 dec at 1000am, Mr. Naiaz ahamad, and further again given complaint to Mr. Vasudeva and Mr. Naizahamad at 1600 hrs on 20 Dec but no one is attending the my complaint., please help me repair my machine .)
