Service problem

Hello,

I am siddharth Chaurasia pursuing M.Tech from IIIT Bangalore. I have ordered Dell XPS laptop on 9th November. My mentor from dell is Mr. Shareef from bangalore. At the time of booking he told me that it will take 8 official days but now today is 15th day and i didn't get any mail from him for the delay. I tried calling him from last 3 days and he is not picking my phone. once he picked and just told that i can't do anything for this delay.

I want to ask that what type of service it is. At the time when i was ordering he was good but now he is very rude. i think this should not be happen in such a good company like dell.

Please resolve this problem as soon as possible because i have exams from first week of december.
