i booked gas 20/12, i wait for 21 days, then i call to gas agency to deliver the refil cylinder, they only provide cylinder on every Wednesday, so i waited again, last Wednesday 25/11 they promised to deliver... but they dont yesterday also i waited and call them a lot of time, but they dont deliver, today i call them again they told they were passing throung tht way morning 8 am to evening 8 pm i have to wait on road for stop the delivery van... how it possible sir... please do need full

The distributor has confirmed that the customer had not kept empty cylinder. Moreover he i asking to keep th cyl in the shop. the delivery address is the residence of the customer.

i am the customer till 1995, from the date on wards i am exchange the cylinder from my shop, also i had the empty cylinder till 20/12, then how u people tell like this, if they wish to deliver in my residence its more satisfied to me, also never tell this type of answer to a valued customer from a reputed company like INDIAN oil, must check and do unnecessary action against this lie from the dealer, one more thing if i collect a refill cylinder from dealer they we have too book after 15 days then we had to wait 21 day again total 36 days, check and check then only replay... i never got any sms, email, call from dealer or from indianoil side.still i hope indianoil TEAM
