My consumer No-16191 of AARKAY ENTERPRISES, New Delhi for indane gas booked on 24/11/09 through IVRS system on phone No 1260.but the dealer tells no booking through IVRS.so again booked on 2/12/09 through his No-26511018.this is nothing but harrasment to customer only.my booking through IVRS was 2.
