Cylinder not delive

SIR,

I had booked a cyllinder on 10.07.2010 with M/S Amita Gas, Gwalior, M.P.. My consumer number is A5436 in the name of Pramod Sapaloke. Till date, the same is not delivered to me. When I went to the agency to enquire about it, the staff had every time told me vehicle not come. I request you to please do the needful action.
