Indane Gas
Harasment by dealer for refilling

I have a gas connection of indane no. 7431 on my father's name i.e. butta singh with dealer M/s phillaur gas agency, Phillaur-144410 dist Jalandhar. the above mantioned dealer so much harashes for refilling of cylinder that i have booked for refilling on 18-7 and paid full amount via cash memo no. 6560

and still not received cylinder yet. the dealer's employee acuse company for not providing enough stock. tell me whom to contact
