Worst treating of customer by the Agency

Respected sir,

I am already a customer of indane gas, i am getting very satisfication with your indane gas .but now a days the government issueing free gas connection in tamil Nadu, The dealership was taken by joy gas agency Marthandam villavancode taluk Kanayakumari Diatrict, The govenment issues the token for gas connection in our area panchyat office. The people who get the token going to pay the bill to the joy gas agency marthandam. The gas agency cannot provide the bill to the concern poor people, who paying the fee for the free gas connection cylinder they charging more amount than the cylinder charge and the agency treating the poor people as beggers and their approaches were so bad, The agency have given local phone numbers for booking gases (04651 270070, 04651 270700) when the customers dialed for booking to those numbers it will always be Engaged whether it get ring none will pick the phone if they pick up the phone they always says come to office directly and book . so the poor people use to spend nearly 30 rupees for bus to book the gas and also one day get spoiled .and also when we booked the gas it will taken to get nearly 20-25days always they are saying no stock .so please take immediate action and help for the customers...
