Complaint for non-receipt of refill cylinde

I am a consumer of Indane gas (Consumer Number 17119), agency M/s. Nair gas service, vikas puri, new delhi-110018.

I booked a refill through IVRS (9911554411), on 24-Aug, vide booking number 6362, reference number 1491706.

Till date as on 6-Sep, 9:40 PM, no refill has been received. IVRS system informs that the refill has been delivered on 31-Aug. The agency is not reachable on any of its telephone numbers, despite repeated efforts for one full day.

There is a general complaint that the refills are being sold in the grey market. Request you to look into this and have the matter investigated.
