I am a consumer of indane gas with panchsheel gas agency, civil lines moradabad, u..p. My consumer no. is16342.I consumed my gas refill within a fortnight due to the unexpected advent of some guests and family function. I have a large family. I tried and requested the agency many times but his personnel and the owner too comletely denied to book or deliver the refill as a hard and fast rule. I have registered a complaint with A rea manager no.325376 on 29 th. Feb.but despite of lapsing aconsiderable period nothing has been done by the concerned authorities. K indly intimate me the action taken against the agency and inform me what should be done in the case if refill is exhausted before twenty days due to some unexpected domestic needs? Further i would like to inform you that i am a patient and my husband stays out of the city being a government officer.
