Indane gas cylinder
Delay in supply

I, A.K.Mital, consumer No. 20885, Resident of B28/F-2 Dilshad Gardfn, Delhi -110095, booked gas cylinder on PHONE 1260 on 07.09.2010 at 8.15 am. but no cylinder has yet been send to me.

Further problem is, if I call again on 1260 a computer message tells me that I booked gas on 7.9.10 & closes down, they have no information whether gas has been supplied or not. Also the supplier SINDHU ENTERPRISES does not attend the telephone call at all, their phone are-22571881, 22575960 &22571797.

Please help me to solve this every time problem.
