Not delivering the cycylinder in spite of booking and repeated request

I booked the gas on 2-9, (Through tromo seva service, my booking number is 27), but till today the Dealer (i.e.M/S Sindhu Gas Enterprises, Dilshad Garden, New Delhi) did not deliver the Gas. Then I booked my compliant on helpling no. 18002333555 dated 23.9.2010 complaint no. is-77578, they told me that your gas will be delivered within two days but great surpirse, the dealer did not supply the gas. The firm also does not pick up the phones, Sir, please look into the matter and rectify the problem.
