No response on Gas leakage complaint

I have register a complaint about Gas Cylinder leakage on 29-Dec. No response from the supplier. I think this type of complaint should be taken as urgent issues as it is very dangerous to use a leak cylinder. In case of any accident who will be responsible for this.
