Non issuance of new connection after one year of apply

Dear sir,

in the above reference i have to say that i have applied for new gas connection last year on 25/09/09. My sl. no is 488 . though ihave not got new connection. i have visited many time to agency but they dont respond ina proper way. I am a farmer and facing a huge fuel problem in rainy season due to flood and heavy rain.

so please do some thing at your own and provide me a new gas connection.
