my consumer no is 8216 with Jagjyoti A178/15 dayanand colony lajpat nagar IV

I had gas leakage problem on 10/4 and called the agency at 9;00 am, nobody has turned up after repeated calls till 2pm STATUS OF EMERGENCY SERVICES . SHAMEFUL!!!
