Petrol is not refilled correctly

Hi,

On 18 March i buy Extra Premium Petrol from Indian Oil (Padam Petroleum Sector 63 Noida 201301) i found that they did not provide me full quantity of petrol. in Rs 500 they only provide me around 6 liters of petrol after a long discussion with the guys they only provide me Petrol of Rs 30.
