My order number is 113458918 ordered on 15th Nov. I taught that India times shopping is organized to ensure that the customer gets right product at the committed timelines. I see a lot of enthusiasm from your team to get the order placed however the same enthusiasm is not shown to deliver the product and help the customer after order placement.
I think you must give proper training to your team to be sensible and realistic with the customer and try to meet the customer expectation. I think you guys FOOLED me. As a customer I will have all the rights to speak to the higher authority if your call center guys can’t give me any resolution. Each time I call up your call center they are asking for 48 hrs to investigate. I am not sure what they are trying to investigate. As a customer I am least bothered about the internal process and procedure, what I am concerned is to get the product delivered on time and with good condition.
I had a bitter expectance with your call center guys. I have already told one of the floor mangers that I wanted the product delivered within 24 hrs last week, I have still not got the product and he refused me to speak to his higher manager. This is not at all professional.
