ITBC GIFT IS NOT WORKING and GOT ONLY 1 INSTEAD OF 3

Myself Mehul Kakadia brother of ALPESH DEVCHANDBHAI KAKADIA from Surat. I've order H1517 HOLIDAY STAY VOUCHERS (3 quantity) on 18th of August'09. Later on I've get noticed about my couriers via sms but till date I've not received 2 of my courier. I've already talked with Blue Dart regarding this matter. We do have our responsibility as a buyer but the company too have some responsibility as a seller. Its almost November now, till date company didn't even bother to inform us about our product.

Apart from this the one quantity which I've received is in the name of Alpesh Devchandbhai Kakadia is also not working. We have tried several times to get login to the site but its showing wrong ID and Password. We have tried MEMBERSHIP NO and WEB ID too but still it showing wrong.
