Having 27 bags of tide 20gm of rs 1.50 no damage claim has been made

I am wholeseller and deals with your products from many years. We are having a business with S.K.M ENTERPRISES, Deoghar (Jharkhand, India) as he is your agent of your company. I am having 27 bags of Tide20gm of m.r.p (rs 1.50) and complaining regarding this matter from 3 to 4 years to your sales represntative (Anil Mittal) but he is just giving me a false words that he is going to settle it soon but nothing has been done till date. I am regularly complaining regarding this matter since there was a take back order given by the company of this product because the m.r.p of rs 1 has came for the same product but nothing has done by them. Atlast I have talked to area incharge (Mithlesh Singh) but he has also not taken any step regarding this matter.

So with a great hope I am giving you this matter, so please do the following needs regarding this.
