I have taken agency from ITZ Cash Card, for providing services, for that I have paid Rs.5, 000/-, in which I was supposed to get all the necessary things & information from ITZ, that includes, IRCTC License, Marketing kit, banner for advertisement, proper training for doing the business, etc. I have got the license, but neither kit, advertising banner, nor any training & services are being provided by the ITZ Cash.
