Indifferent attitude and deficiency in service

We have visited Food Bazaar, a unit of Big Bazaar, Mangalore. While collecting the groceries, the counter person charged us for plastic bag which was originally torn and requested him to replace with a new one. The Counter Clerk started arguing and mis-behaved with us. Further, we have talked to Complaint desk Phone No.08244273181 at around 9.20 pm, kindly look for the recorded message of this call, even there very rudely he answered our call. This state of affairs results in not visiting the Big Bazaar henceforth.
