I took the service of just dial.com, gurgaon on 7/05 for my business promotion. it was agreed for 1 year only for which I agree to pay three month advance and rest in emi through ECS of 2756 on every month . but after a single day I found that sales person who take the order from me hide something so I call back to him and requested to meet me again before presenting cheque.but I didn’t get any response from him and from justdial.so I immediately stop the cheque from my bank account. but they withwral money of 2756 through ecs from my account.i call several times for refund this but nothing happen. I am so frusted due to all this.
Could you please help me to get my money back from just dial or either I go to court.
