Non Delivery of LPG cylinder after booking

Dear sir

My self Narinder Nath karol Consumer No 504065. I had booked the LPG cylinder on 28.11.2009 with (Kalkaji Gas Agency) Today is 04/01. When i went to agency today they told me if the gas will come then it will be delivered to you.

Before it i have called them many a times but they do not attend the phone at all

I want that there should be a system. Kindly do the needful
