We had booked number for supply of gas cylinder on 28 of april, but they entered date of booking 29 april.in computer then we had reminded 2 or 3 times on 10 & 11 april, but they misbehaved on phone. Then I contact them in Kesar gas agency office then also they misbehaved. I enquired that booking no of 3rd may, supply is going on & they not resolved the problem of 28th april. This process is always same every month & consumer is suffered for 12 -15 days every month.kindly requesting you to take proper action towards worst response of agency.
