We (Cyber Pearl IT Park Pvt Ltd) upset with the services provided by KONE Hyderabad service team. Last 2 years we are struggling with them to resolve our service lift breakdown issues. Instead of resolving/ minimizing the lift breakdowns, KONE Hyderabad service team is covering their loop holes by blaming that the lift is misusing by us.
We (CPITPPL) have one more service lift in another block of different make, our clients/vendors will use these service lifts of KONE & other make in similar manner only. We does not have any problems like this for the other make.
Everyday we are facing problem with KONE service lift at least 2-3 times a day.
We want a permanent solution for this issue. There is no improvement even after several meetings and discussions with KONE Hyderabad service manager Mr. Srihari & engineer Mr. Rajasekhar.
Hence we request KONE Hyderabad head or KONE India head to involve in to the issue to resolve the same at the earliest.
