Immediate after billing by 8.50am i told the cashier that i want to exchange pillsbury atta to aashirvadh. Cashier said only manager has the authority. Cashier didn't call manager. I'd to go to back store call assistant store manager-babu (reliance fresh- eldams road-teynampet-chennai-600018). He alarmed me by telling that he's held up with lots of work & i need to come back after 11am. I requested him to do it now for everywhere in retail if customer holds bill exchange can be made immediately. Babu said in that case i need to wait till until for 1 hour, i.e., 10 am for him to finish his work and then do exchange. Kindly educate your staffs that too a.s.m who needs to set out as an role model as how to give service to customers. I'm a retailer too who works for landmark group of companies. I shop in t.nagar & service is good. I'm a member too. I will spread my bad experience to all my collegues, relatives & friends. I'm mentally disturbed & writing this mail where this time i'm already late to my office. "horrible & pathetic" service in your store. I'm looking forward for a superior to call me & compensate me for the embarrasing experience. Also he made 1 cash till to open & we ten customers were standing. When i asked him why no extra cashier, he said they r busy. I really cant understand then why more than 5 cash tills r kept. My suggestion if u want to have tills closed, then remove & those sq.feets can be useful for your " Spf: Sale per feet. Lady cashier's voice tone is loud & rude tone. Pls have a check, hope mistery shoppers can give u feedback.
