I have booked a cylinder on 28th March booking number 19. I am yet to receive the delivary of the cylinder as of today, 3rd April.
This is a perpetual problem with Laxmi Gas Service, Warden Road, which has been brought to the company's notice, every time we book the cylinder. Please help me out as this adversely effects the cycle of my cylinder usage.
Please also advice me on how to solve this unending problem as it is frustrating to follow up with Laxmi Gas and lodge a complaint with the company to get a delivery.
I have also filed complaints with the regional officer several times.
I hope this matter is looked into at the earliest and that I have a good service in the future.
